The house has a comfortable living room with TV/VCR/DVD player and stereo and a separate reading area, and if you need to conduct business bring your laptop computer to work from the covered lanai while accessing Wi-Fi hi-speed internet. A cordless telephone lets you place local call from the poolside. The swimming pool allows you to swim laps, and is electric heated providing continuous warm swimming on those cool evenings you decide to grill at home, and relax in the pool.
Enjoy the split floor plan with two separate sleeping areas, one side has a queen/full sized master bedroom and the other a twin bedded second bedroom and a queen sized second bedroom for a total of three bedrooms and two baths. There are sliders opening out to the pool area in all. Relax and lounge around your private pool on the well furnished lanai which is fully enclosed in a screened cage. The dock also has an electric boat lift as well.

Enj oy wat erfront view while in you choose to rent a boat and you can ride along the various canals and explore, or head out to Ft. Myers Beach or the islands.
