Just completed our third winter at Villa Starlight and we are booked again for next year. Love the house and the neighbourhood and feel that MHB does a fantastic job. Would make 2 suggestions - duvets in the duvet covers in the 2nd and 3rd bdrm's would make visitors much more comfortable on the colder nights.Also, window coverings in the living room would help keep the heat in during the winter months and make it more cozy. The house is beautiful and is on a lovely canal - we enjoyed the bikes this year and think the lanai and pool area are exceptional. The new patio furniture is comfortable and looks great. Kitchen is a dream to cook in. The owners just keep making more improvements and we are delighted to keep coming back.

I would return in the future and I recommand it to anyone who would love to have a quiet and peaceful time with their family. There's a canal at the rear of the house and it's very beautiful. It's very private, we don't see the neighbours when you're sitting on the patio. I likes it very much!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Yvonne very much! Everything was a described and up to expectations. Nothing fancy here but everything we needed in a vacation home. Pool was warm and big, hot tub the same...close to all the beaches, Ft Myers, stores, restaurants, and shops. Great overall house!

Close to everything you need to have a great time. The house is clean and well maintained. The children loved the pool and the tv in the pool area is a big plus. The house have a big dock great for your boat, it is about 40 min to the caloosahatchee. We will recommend this property. Mooi huis en alles wat je kan bedenken is aanwezig in het huis. Het huis is goed onderhouden en schoon, winkels ed zijn allemaal in de buurt. Het zwembad is lekker ruim en er hangt een extra tv bij het terras. Mooie grote dock voor wanneer je een boot wilt huren. Vanaf het huis is het ongeveer 40 min varen om op de caloosahatchee te komen. Het huis is in het echt eigenlijk mooier en ruimer dan op de fotos, zeker een aanrader.

First and foremost I want to tell you how happy we were with the Summerdream house. It is gorgeous, well maintained and was the perfect size for our group. We had a problem with the pool heater but it was quickly addressed and corrected. I would recommend your company to anyone looking for a nice house rental in the area. My cousin (who lives in the area) took the name of your company as well for people coming to visit and needing rentals. Thank you so much for everything - our vacation was all the more comfortable and relaxing because of you!

Best location with access to restaurants and other daily stuff. Will definitely stay here again if it is available. Very clean pool, kitchen, bathrooms.

I'll start with the house was great, and we would definitly consider renting it again. Positives: 1 Three flat screen tv's with DVD players in every room 2. Pool was at a comfortable temp for our entire stay. 3. Plenty of pool and beach and beach toys 4. Indoor parking with garage door opener. 5. Well stocked kitchen. 6. The pool/Ping Pong table was a real hit with both the adults and the kids. 7. Very Clean. Negatives: 1.Hot tub was only the same temp as the pool. 2. Most attractions were about a 1/2 hour or more away. 3. There was a strong sulpher smell to the water when we got there , probably because the home had not been used for awhile. (The smell did go away after using the water for awhile) 4. There was very little water pressure for the showers. Summary: The negatives were all minor, and we had a great stay. I highly recommend this home.

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and the two little ones enjoyed ourselves so much. (The weather also helped) It was hard to come home. Excellent Change of Pace We normally take cruises or visit all inclusive resorts for our holidays but decided this year to try renting a Florida home for the month of November and we were glad we did. This house is situated in a quiet section of NW Cape Coral. Most shopping and other amenities are about a 15 minute drive away which makes for a very peaceful neighborhood. The home was in excellent condition with all the amenities you could ask for. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were in good condition however the water pressure wasn’t the greatest. The pool and hot tub were also in excellent condition. It may not be the “Ritz” but is defiantly an excellent value for the money. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there with a few minor exceptions. I must mention how efficient and accommodating Phillip from MHB Property Management was. One day the pool deck was overrun with fire ants. One call to Phillip and within 2 hours a pest control company was there to eradicate them. On another day the dishwasher developed a leak. Again, one call to Phillip and the next day a company was there to install a brand new one. In conclusion would I rent this property again? – possibly. Would I rent from MHB Property Management again? – DEFINETLY.

Perfect Get Away - They thought of everything

Wow, what a nice house. The house was in excellent shape and well maintained. The neighborhood was "ok", but with the pool you didn't have to leave the house.

MHB Property Management was more then a rental agency. They helped us to have a wonderful February Vacation with their kindness and being available whenever we needed them.

My aunt and her family actually stayed at Denny. They loved it though. Particularly the decor and the pool. Everyone had a great time.
