Welcome to "The River View" This home is designed by MHB Property Management. It is one of a kind. Spectacular view onto the Caloosahatchee River. You can be assured, this home does not only have amazing views but also feature state of the art interior and modern furnishings with big screen TV's and Game room, Billiard table and Game Consoles and much more. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which include a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms with queen size beds and one guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. TV's are in all rooms including the game room which features 3D viewing and a Playstation 3. For our Boaters there is a boat dock and lift ready for use. The home is located on a corner lot which gives you water view from 2 sides. Important This is a 4 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an additional $140/week plus tax. Guests under 12 are free of charge. If you bring a pet, small dogs ( 15lb )only. For online reservations: You will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

The monthly rate already includes a 15 % or more Discount for this Property.

If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an additional $70/week plus tax. Guests under 12 are free of charge.

ELECTRIC CHARGES: $0.13/kwh with $25.00/week free allowance.

  Our friend from Canada, my wife and I had a most wonderful time at your River View House which was immaculate upon our arrival. The house had everything we wanted and a lot more. Instructions for all appliances were available and clear. Just wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities in and around the house. The views in the sun room where we ate breakfast were gorgeous. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning and saw nothing but the beautiful pool and the expanse of water framed by the palm trees in front of us. Thank you for the beautiful memories.
