Owner has supplied 2 bicycles for use, beach chairs and umbrella and for our toddler guests a play pen and high chair!
Coral Oaks just went through a massive renovation with new Tift eagle greens, updated club house and more.
This semi-private golf course is open to the public and is in great shape. The Pro Shop and club house with Knickers Pub is within walking distance. The driving range, practice green and practice chipping area are just across the street from the house. Visit Coral Oaks website for more details and rates. Two sets of golf clubs and balls are included with the house rental. Additional sets can be arranged if necessary.

Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $35/week or $140/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.14/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
