Our newest fully remodeled home is finally ready for its first guests. Welcome to Laguna Lake 1034. This home is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home situated in North West Cape Coral, in a peaceful neighborhood, overlooking the Cul-De-Sac Canal. This large fenced in property is the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation. 

In modern styling the home offers a first and second floor. The ground floor houses 2 guest bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and direct access to the pool area and the 2nd guest bedroom with king sized bed. Both bedrooms share a spacious Jack & Jill style bathroom with His and Hers sink, Tub/Shower combo and LED light/speaker for atmosphere and to play music. Both Bedrooms are equipped with a TV.

The brand new Kitchen will be a joy for all passionate cooks. It is a fully equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Gas Range and everything needed for entertaining your guests or just family. A large bar also allows for up to 6 people to eat at and the kitchen has direct access to the patio dining area which also seats up to 6. 

Living area is highlighted by the beautiful leather sectional with powered recliners and headrests. You can also watch the big game on the 70" wall mounted TV.

Upstairs Master Suite will make you feel as if you are in a separate home. The suite features an extra large bedroom with king sized bed, an area for reading and 65" TV. The suite also has direct access to the balcony which overlooks the pool area and canal. Enjoy sun bathing from the 2nd floor.

The master suite bathroom has just been fully remodeled and features a large walk in shower with frameless doors. His and Hers sink with plenty of storage room and even an LED light/speaker for atmosphere and to play music. Walk in Closet is located next to Bathroom.

The Pool area features an electric heated Pool and above ground Spa, while Spa seating is up to 6 persons. You can enjoy the beautiful canal view from the pool or spa and relax on the comfortable outdoor seating arrangement with Firepit. 

Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $50/week or $200/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.15/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

NO smoking inside the house please!
