Villa Marlee is one of our newest acquisitions and is located in a beautiful and relaxed SW Cape Coral neighborhood. This 4 bedroom and 3 bath home features a phenomenal patio area with electric heated pool and spa. A large outside dining area along a brand new outdoor kitchen with pool bar and super spacious seating arrangement under the sun. This home guarantees you a relaxing time and a home perfect for entertaining friends and family.

Master bedroom suite is equipped with King sized Sleep-number bed and is adjacent to the master bathroom which features a jetted tub and shower. The master suite has direct access to the pool area. The home also features 3 additional bedrooms. Guest bedroom 1, also used as a second Master Suite, is equipped with a King sized bed and is connected to the full Pool Bath giving privacy to get ready and direct access to the pool area. Guest Bedroom 2 is for our younger guests. This bedroom features a bunk bed with Twin sized bed on the top, and a full sized bed below. This bedroom shares a bathroom with Guest Bedroom 3. Guest bedroom 3 is furnished with a queen sized bed and situated on the opposite side of the floorpan compared to the master suite.

Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $50/week or $200/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.15/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility.


Important: This is a 4 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

This house is NOT pet friendly.
