This 2400 sq.ft. 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom pool home with spa is designed for relaxing in luxury with spacious living area. A large master bedroom with king sized bed, a 40” TV and direct access to the pool area connected to a bathroom with 2 sinks, Jacuzzi tub and standalone shower.  The blue guest bedroom, with 2 Twin beds, 32” TV with BluRay Player and it’s own bathroom. The yellow guest bedroom, furnished with a queen bed set, 40” TV and BluRay Player also with direct bathroom access.
For your entertainment this home provides an oversized electric heated pool with spa on a large patio with covered lanai and a gas bbq grill. Living area features a 60” TV with HD programming with enough room to have family and friends over for the big games. Another feature of this home is the Foosball table which ensures that entertaining in this beautiful home will be a hit.
Our boaters can use the boat dock and lift and license free fishing is allowed from the property. The home is located on the sailboat access canal right around the corner from the Caloosahatchee River.

If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an ADDITIONAL $105/week plus tax. Children under the age of 12 are free of charge.

ELECTRIC CHARGES: $0.14/kwh with $35.00/week free allowance.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We understand that traveling, especially as a family, is something you plan months and months in advance. Even with all that planning, things can still go wrong. Your vacation budget may suddenly be faced with unforeseen expenses and your plans may abruptly change. Things happen. We know this and we have always provided our customers with the option to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance to help when things go awry. This affords our customers the luxury of cancellation refunds, emergency assistance, travel delay reimbursement, identity theft protection, baggage delay, 24-hour emergency assistance, and more! Vacation Rental Insurance is purchased as an addition to your accommodations at a nominal 7.25% of your total. That’s less than sales tax in many places!
