Guest bedroom 1 has a beautiful queen sized bed in the most modern styling. The 2nd guest bedroom features 2 twin beds and also a flat panel TV. All Bathrooms have been remodeled and now feature a shower with frameless doors in the guest bathroom and beautiful walk in shower and additional tub in the master bathroom. You have 2 living areas, both equipped with large flat panel TV's. The Livingroom features a modern white leather sectional, 55 inch LED HDTV with Internet access where you may enjoy music and movies in the highest quality with a Blue Ray Player equipped 5.1 Channel surround sound system. The family room features a white leather loveseat, a 46 inch LED HDTV with Playstation3 and several games for entertaining the entire Family. Both livingroom and familyroom feature High Definition programming. High Speed Internet with Wi-Fi access is available at no cost to you. Cooking will be a pleasure in the newly remodeled kitchen wih granite countertop and all stainless steel appliances which include side by side refrigerator with ice maker, glass top stove with oven, Microwave and coffee makers. This home is pure luxury and will assure you're stay being one of a kind. The pool area offers a large seating area with sun loungers and BBQ Grill. The pool is heated by electric heat pump and can be fully adjusted to fit your needs. Important This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an ADDITIONAL $105/week plus tax. Children under the age of 12 are free of charge.

ELECTRIC CHARGES: $0.14/kwh with $25.00/week free allowance.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.
