Description

Villa Blue Oasis is located in a great SW Cape Coral neighborhood on a corner lot, with a large backyard, which adds extra privacy during your vacation. Fully remodeled and with brand new furnishings, this 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home will ensure your time to be great. This home will feature a king bed in the master bedroom along with a queen bed in the second bedroom and the third bedroom with a day bed which can sleep 2. The pool is electric heated and the patio features a nice area for sun lounging and even entertaining your guests with the supplied gas bbq grill and refrigerator. The backyard is oversized and also features a boat dock, lift for owner use only. A rental boat can still be docked. In addition there are 2 kayaks and 2 bicycles for our guests. A kayak lift for easy access into the water is also provided.

Important This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE, see under Notes below. Guests under 12 are free of charge. For online reservations: You will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

Fantastic overall experience, with the exception of the queen bed in the second bedroom--it is incredibly uncomfortable--I got a back and neck ache. If this bed was replaced I would probably rent this house again, if not we will do a different one with you next year. Thanks, it was a wonderful stay!

Notes

If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an ADDITIONAL $105/week plus tax. Children under the age of 12 are free of charge.

ELECTRIC CHARGES: $0.14/kwh with $25.00/week free allowance.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We understand that traveling, especially as a family, is something you plan months and months in advance. Even with all that planning, things can still go wrong. Your vacation budget may suddenly be faced with unforeseen expenses and your plans may abruptly change. Things happen. We know this and we have always provided our customers with the option to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance to help when things go awry. This affords our customers the luxury of cancellation refunds, emergency assistance, travel delay reimbursement, identity theft protection, baggage delay, 24-hour emergency assistance, and more! Vacation Rental Insurance is purchased as an addition to your accommodations at a nominal 7.25% of your total. That’s less than sales tax in many places!
