You’ll be close to everything great in Cape Coral — welcome to Villa Central.  This home is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath luxury waterfront home with all new and modern contemporary furnishings.  Located on a beautiful spreader canal only minutes away from Cape Harbour, this home features 2 boat lifts rated at 20,000 lbs. and 4,000 lbs. for any boater big or small.
 
The vanishing edge and newly renovated pool and spa is electric heated and has spectacular views of the canal. The large master bedroom has its own entrance to the pool area, a king bed and flat screen TV and large walk in closet. The great room features a huge high definition 80” TV you have to see to believe with a whole house and pool area sound system. One bedroom, with a queen size bed, has pool area access and its own bathroom and can double as second master bedroom. The other bedroom has two twin beds. Both have 36” flat screen TVs. The den has a convertible sleeper sofa and is a great place to read or enjoy a little solitude. The entire property is WIFI enabled.
 
You’ll love entertaining, eating and relaxing at the outdoor kitchen/bar.
With the overhead 36” flat screen you won’t miss your favorite TV show or the big game.
 
You’ll have endless enjoyment watching the various styles of motor boats and sailboats sailing out to the Caloosahatchee River — only a 10-15 minute boat trip away with a clear shot to the river — no locks to navigate or bridges to go under!
 
While you can see the Westin Tower resort from the pool you can walk, bike (two bikes are provided) or kayak (also two provided) to Cape Harbour Resort for lunch, dinner and entertainment.
 
A public park with tennis courts and kids playground is just an 6-8 minute walk. So is the Publix grocery store, shopping center and restaurants.
Cook up some great BBQ on the new Weber gas grill or the built in electric grill in the outdoor kitchen/bar.
 
The newly renovated dock can make for an excellent fishing spot. People have been known to catch fish within 10 seconds of casting and you don’t need a fishing license. Fishing poles provided.

If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an ADDITIONAL $105/week plus tax. Children under the age of 12 are free of charge.

ELECTRIC CHARGES: $0.14/kwh with $25.00/week free allowance.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.
