With over 170 feet of frontage on a wide, intersecting canal and tall hedges on both sides you have complete privacy from your neighbors. Enjoy music from the Bose sound system on the lanai, while you relax in the pool or spa, amid the garden lights watching the moon rise. Pocket sliding doors open the entire living room to the lanai with its beautiful Mexican tiles, and graceful arches in the hacienda style. Feel yourself relax as you sink into the oversized, comfy chairs and lounges on the terrace to enjoy the sunset or watch for Manatee. All three bedrooms have pretty domed windows, and from two of them you have water views right from your bed. Relax and read or catch the sun, in the Adirondack chairs on the dock or on the lawn in the shade of our huge Pineapple Palm. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about Villa Lady Jane. Not only is the view of the canal unobstructed and breathtaking, every room in the home is just as gorgeous. It's immediately obvious how much attention to detail went in to the decorating of this home, every year there is another new little detail that makes a big impact. We have visited Villa Lady Jane for the last 3 years every year is more comfortable, more relaxing, more beautiful than the year before. It's as if it's more beautiful each year because every detail is looked after and nothing feels old or outdated. We use the bikes that are available, we sit on the dock, we sit under the palm trees and we eat every meal in the beautiful lanai. Details such as blinds in the lanai for late afternoon sun protection are there. Every chair and lounge is comfortable and well placed, providing so many places to sit and relax alone or with the family. We bring our two kids and the hardest part of our week is making sure they don't make a mess because everywhere is so immaculate! Definately, a piece of paradise that I look forward to visiting every year.

We go to Lady Jane Villa every year - I call it The GEM. It truly is a perfect retreat. The furnitings, the pool and spa, private gardens and water views take me to my happy place every time we stay. It has become a ritual for my husband and I, I've never stayed at a lovelier getaway. If you want privacy in a perfect little package, this is it! I like that the bedrooms are far apart for maximum privacy and that everything feels glamorous yet homey. This house has so many wonderful areas to entertain: the dock is perfect for morning coffee, the lanai offers shade for those hot days at the pool, the family room and dining room make family time easy and the pink muskoka chairs under the pineapple palm really say FLA while you gaze at the canal and the odd boat slipping by. Writing this makes me wish we were there right now!

Property was even better than the pictures. The only problem, was the lights on the lanai didn,t work. Other than that & colder temps, all was great. We would certainly stay here again.

If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an ADDITIONAL $105/week plus tax. Children under the age of 12 are free of charge.

ELECTRIC CHARGES: $0.14/kwh with $25.00/week free allowance.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We understand that traveling, especially as a family, is something you plan months and months in advance. Even with all that planning, things can still go wrong. Your vacation budget may suddenly be faced with unforeseen expenses and your plans may abruptly change. Things happen. We know this and we have always provided our customers with the option to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance to help when things go awry. This affords our customers the luxury of cancellation refunds, emergency assistance, travel delay reimbursement, identity theft protection, baggage delay, 24-hour emergency assistance, and more! Vacation Rental Insurance is purchased as an addition to your accommodations at a nominal 7.25% of your total. That’s less than sales tax in many places!
