Tasteful, stylish and comfortable décor includes 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms plus a fourth game room with sofa bed; wall-mounted flat screen TVs in all bedrooms; full gourmet kitchen with gas range, double-oven and sub zero refrigerator and freezer; formal dining room; in- kitchen informal dining for 6; and topped off by the out-of-this-world patio, pool and spa area! Additional amenities include a home gym and dry sauna that is not only equipped nicely but also offers the best views one could have while working out over the protected Florida Mangroves. Wildlife viewing is fantastic from the master bedroom, kitchen and dock area. Home is close to Sanibel Island (30-minute drive, or less by boat); Naples (less than an hour by car). NO PETS please.

A wonderful getaway! What a beautiful home! The pictures don't do it justice. It was in a beautiful neighborhood and decorated so lovely. The backyard and views were awesome. The home had everything you needed and so much more. The homeowners and management company were great to work with. We barely left because we had so much fun there enjoying the pool and dock area. We ended up booking a return trip before we even left. Lots of great restaurants, shopping and things to see and do. Perfect location! Highly recommend! Thank you Julie! This house is the best vacation rental that my family & I have ever stayed in. We visit FL very often, several times a year and this was the BEST! Spacious, clean, comfortable, entertaining, beautiful...So many words and the Owners are very friendly. Photos cannot describe how beautiful this home is. I have been meaning to place a review, it has been a while but I knew as soon as I had a chance, I would. Everyone should know about this vacation rental. This house is missing NOTHING at all. Everything you would need is there, spa, pool, gym, fishing, dock, outdoor kitchen, beautiful dining area, the list goes on...I could write a story about this home. Perfect...Perfect...Perfect!!

If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an ADDITIONAL $105/week plus tax. Children under the age of 12 are free of charge.

ELECTRIC CHARGES: $0.14/kwh with $25.00/week free allowance.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We understand that traveling, especially as a family, is something you plan months and months in advance. Even with all that planning, things can still go wrong. Your vacation budget may suddenly be faced with unforeseen expenses and your plans may abruptly change. Things happen. We know this and we have always provided our customers with the option to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance to help when things go awry. This affords our customers the luxury of cancellation refunds, emergency assistance, travel delay reimbursement, identity theft protection, baggage delay, 24-hour emergency assistance, and more! Vacation Rental Insurance is purchased as an addition to your accommodations at a nominal 7.25% of your total. That’s less than sales tax in many places!
