This semi-private golf course is open to the public and is in great shape. The Pro Shop and club house with Knickers Pub is within walking distance. I have used HomeAway many times. I have never stayed the same place twice. That is about to change. This house checks every box on the wish list. The pool is beautiful and well maintained, the hot tub is fantastic. We had a blast watching all the golfers tee off in our backyard. The house was huge and pristine. We felt like we were the first people to rent the house. It looked brand new. My entire family including my parents, Wife, and two children stayed here. Size was perfect for that. If you are looking for a vacation home I cant encourage you enough to book this place. You will not be disappointed. We are already getting ready to book our spring break trip for next year. The only thing I would recommend is a set of stairs to access the hot tub for the older guests.

If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an ADDITIONAL $105/week plus tax. Children under the age of 12 are free of charge.

ELECTRIC CHARGES: $0.14/kwh with $25.00/week free allowance.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.
