A Luxury Vacation rental with great pool area and outside kitchen overlooking a wide canal and great sunsets with western exposure viewable from the lanai or the sitting area on the boat dock. This house offers 3 bedrooms. The master suite and one of the guest bedrooms both equipped with a king bed while the third bedroom offers a queen bed. Enjoy the large electric heated pool with the rock formation waterfall, prepare your dinner using the outside kitchen, or sit at the boat dock during night time and watch the flying fish. The house is equipped with an above ground Spa which can be used independently from the pool. It also offers a game room with poker table or office space. All bedrooms and living room are equipped with TVs. Fast speed internet is available at no additional charge.
Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $50/week or $200/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.15/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility.
