COVID-19 Information

 

As all of us are trying to weather this hardship we all understand the uncertainty of how long this may last and how one can prepare properly. Many businesses are taking a hard hit and we believe the best thing we can all do in such a time is to help one another. Whilst this situation is one we have not seen before, we have to follow a proper business practice in regards to cancellations and refunds.

At this time we are offering the following:

  1. You may reschedule your visit to another date at the same house given availability.
  2. You may receive a voucher for the payments you have made to us which you may redeem at any rental within the next 18 months.

During these times we are implementing the same rules as any natural disaster and our cancellation policies remain the same with the exception of not charging any change fees.

Out of an abundance of caution, we are cleaning every rental using guidelines for disinfection laid out by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization.

This means your rental will not only be cleaned, but the following “high touch” points will be disinfected: light switches and lamps, doorknobs and handles, keypads/keys, tabletops, cabinet and dresser knobs and drawer pulls, and all electronics and appliances. The kitchen and bathroom will also be disinfected, and all dishes and flatware at the property will be sanitized in the dishwasher.
