The Distillery
Wicked Dolphin is a family-run distillery known for its award-winning small-batch rum. They also make a tasty RumShine and vodka. They use 100% Florida sugar and local ingredients for all their products, which are made in small batches using an American copper pot still. In Cape Coral, they’re only a short half-hour away from the local sugarcane fields and one of their main ingredients.
The Spirits
They offer several flavors of rum, again, all handcrafted in small batches. Their Gold Rum is made with a special molasses fermentation while their Spiced Rum is flavored with a special spice blend and vanilla, sweetened with local honey and a bit of Florida orange peels for a little flair. They offer several fruit-flavored varieties too, including Coconut, Key Lime, Mango, Pineapple, and Banana.
They offer two Reserve Rums that are aged in used bourbon barrels for a signature taste. The Rumshine uses the same small batch process as their other rums, and adds fresh, local fruit that gives the Blueberry RumShine and Strawberry RumShine a naturally sweet taste.

Visit the Shop, Take a Tour
Take a tour of their distillery plant, where you’ll learn how Wicked Dolphin sources their ingredients, cooks, ferments, and then distills them. And in the barrel room, you’ll see their spirits aging in oak barrels to get their unique color and taste. Distillery Tours are given on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The store is open Monday through Wednesday from 9am to 5pm, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 7pm, and on Saturday from 11am to 5pm. Their Summer hours do change, however: Monday – Friday from 9am-5pm and Saturday from 11am-5pm Closed on Sunday.
